Set in a restored former farmhouse, the property consists of 2 adjoining, connected units for up to 13 guests. - A spacious, ground-floor studio with kitchen and bathroom, accessible for guests with reduced mobility. It has a king-size bed (180 cm or two 90x200 cm beds) and a 90x190 cm bed that also serves as a sofa. - A large gîte for 10 guests with an open living area and equipped kitchen, plus 3 upstairs bedrooms each with its own bathroom: 2 rooms for 4 guests with bunk beds (90 cm), and a double room with a king-size bed (180 cm or two 90x200 cm beds). The whole property features a large south-facing terrace with pergolas and a big outdoor table, overlooking a spacious, tree-filled park. Children can enjoy a trampoline, slide, and swing. Not suitable for parties; ideal for families or friends. Owners live on site. On-site equestrian center: L’Etrier de la Montagne Noire offers horseback rides by reservation. The lakes of Saint-Ferréol and Lampy are nearby and swimming is allowed. Many hiking trails start directly from the property. Bed linen and towels can be provided on request for an extra fee. Cleaning is the guest’s responsibility, but a cleaning service is available for an extra fee.
